If you have any special requirements, please speak to the staff at the registration desk or email the conference manager so that arrangements can be made on your behalf.

Disclaimer
The Conference Manager and IPSHA will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference, exhibition or related events.  The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, acts or regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.

Privacy Statement
Information gathered from registration and other conference forms will be used to administer the conference, including accommodation, catering and sponsorship. Selected delegate information will be shared with the venue/s, accommodation and conference suppliers. Data obtained will remain the property of IPSHA and The Conference Manager. It will not be distributed, sold or shared with other organisations.

Intention to photograph and record
Attendees are advised that photographs and recordings of presentations may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.

Conference Presentations
The views and opinions expressed at the conference are that of the individual presenters. They do not necessarily reflect the opinions or views of IPSHA or its representatives.

Behavioural Code of Conduct
IPSHA is dedicated in providing a safe, welcoming and friendly conference experience for all participants and suppliers, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, culture, race, age or religion. Harassment or abuse of conference participants, support staff, venue staff or volunteers in any form will not be tolerated. Conference participants  violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of IPSHA and/or conference organisers.
